All About Floors

Message: We went into the store, picked out what we wanted and they installed both the laminate and carpet on the days they said they would install them. We really like the floors.

Message: I think I spoke with or worked with everyone at All About Floors during my project. Everyone was kind, responsive and professional. I had water damage from a faulty kitchen faucet and the floor below had to be replaced and timed between other contractors. The other room we had them install was a previously unfinished room. We chose VPF. Sue and Taylor were so helpful as we made our choice. Dan and Taylor came for the first room install and did a beautiful job. I wish I had gotten the names of the couple that installed the second room. They were fantastic as well and fixed a problem we had quickly, that was created by the builder's contractor.. We have been so pleased we have referred them to our daughter and friends. Don't hesitate to use them for your floor install or renovation. They have great selections, good prices and are a joy to work with! Thank you!

Message: Picking and ordering carpet was a good experience, and the price was very reasonable. Installation of the carpet was very professional. We had steps re-done and they look great. The carpet installed in our bedroom had a shading issue, and the owners were extremely proactive in addressing the issue by having the manufacturer look at it, and they agreed it was a defect and to replace it. AAF emphasized, and followed through with their promise that they would work to make sure we were happy with the overall experience. And we are! I would recommend AAF and we will use them again for any future flooring needs.

Message: We are so happy with our new floors. Installation took less time than planned. They kept our home clean and worked so efficiently. Our fireplace hearth is a bit higher than the floor, which wasn't very noticeable when the area around it was carpeted. However, once All About Floors installed our LVP, the transition really stood out. Dan went out of his way and custom designed a transition strip for us. I don't know how he was able to stain the strip to match the LVP so perfectly, but he did! We will definitely be going back when we're ready to update the bedroom carpets.

They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but they were the most through at explaining the process and had a good selection. They explained everything and answered all my questions.. and I had a lot! Right from the beginning, I could tell they were a family company and I love supporting local businesses. We ordered the flooring, set up an installation date and waited for that day. They showed up as promised with no delays. Our installation guys were great! You could really tell they knew what they were doing and they did it very well! No shortcuts! Cleaned up after every area was installed. Very impressed! If you are considering new floors, do it! Message: I have known Dan all my life, his wife for 36 years. They are as honest and decent people as you will meet. If they don't for some reason do exactly what they say, it would be by accident. Two really class people, who proud to have as lifelong friends. Remember, nothing and no one is perfect. Dan is an expert in the flooring business, and his wife and the rest of the crew are highly knowledgeable. He wants you to tell your friends and family about them. They will do everything they can to serve your every need. Very good group of people, can't recommend them enough. Not just saying this because I know them, either.
