Message: (Craig) I would just like to say that Dan did a spectacular job of building me a new computer from scratch. He preserved all of my old data and recovered almost everything from a bad hard drive. He literally spent hours solving a variety of problems in the process without charging me extra. When we got the total bill, my wife and I were very relieved because we knew how much work he had done. Spectacular!

Message: I was having trouble with my laptop speakers. They did a complete checkout and found somethings that could help me work around the problem in my old computer. Anyway, They are welcoming, accommodating and clearly very sharp. The parking behind the building is down a steep hill, but if you call they will open the lower level door for you. I intend to go back as needed.

Message: Many thanks to Dan and his crew at Access Technologies for coming to the rescue when my main work-from-home computer failed in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Long story short, my out-of-warranty refurbished desktop computer that I bought online only months ago had multiple major hardware issues come to a head (I bought a lemon! ). Access was able to use some of the good components from my old, failed machine to build a new one. Dan was very communicative and transparent during the whole process and the price for service and parts was extremely competitive. This was my first time taking a computer to a repair shop as I'm usually the one swapping out failed hard drives, bad RAM, fried graphics cards, etc and I'm happy I did. It would've taken far more time, money, and frustration for me to try to diagnose my critical motherboard and power supply failures and put together a new machine myself while working full time. These folks are the pros and I'm super happy with my renewed PC. Thanks again!

Message: I needed a new laptop to go back to school because my wife's Mac just isn't compatible with many Blackboard applications that my college uses. Dan absolutely hooked me up with a Re-Certified Lenovo Thinkpad laptop. i5 Core processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a Solid-State Hard drive(SSD). Since the hard drive is brand new there's a 3 year warranty on it and he offers remote troubleshooting for any issues I may run into. Dan really stands behind his products! The last time I bought a brand new laptop, about 12 years ago, I paid over $1, 000 at an electronic store. This was literally a fraction of the price! My wife was so impressed she said she wants to come back for Christmas to buy our daughter a gaming computer.

Message: Nothing can stop your day dead in its tracks like your computer going down. I did a Google search and found the gentlemen at Access. They had nothing but 5 star ratings and now I know why! First off they are incredibly knowledgeable but they talk to you not at you. They provide you with options, give you a realistic expectation and quote of what to expect and then they get the work done quickly and efficiently. In my case they brought the job in cheaper than they had anticipated which is always welcome. When I arrived they answered my questions in clear concise terms but it's a conversation, not a sales pitch! I will definitely let friends and family know about this business. Thanks Guys!

Message: I work from home and the functioning of my high-security computer is essential to the financial well being of my family. Access Technologies, and the owner, Dan, has saved my butt more than once. This last time, they outfitted me with my own NAS system and drew me a schematic with which to get everything hooked up properly at home. The next day, Dan called me to make sure that I had everything up and running, and ended up helping me with an issue over the phone I was having with my TV. Great guy! I won't use anyone else.

Message: I called the store and spoke with Shaun who was very engaging and helpful right from the start. My issue was an old PC with Microsoft XP software that was completely out of date. Shaun advised me to bring my PC in for review, and was confident based upon it's specs that it should be able to maintain Windows 7 Pro (their suggested OS for my situation), but advised me there was potential for the update to not "take. " To make a long story short, Shaun worked some magic and made it happen for a very good price. These guys are good, funny, super easy to work with and they get the job done. I recommend them to anyone with a PC, laptop, or tablet issue. In the future, this will be the only IT service store I contact for advise or help. Very impressed with these guys!
